Complaint and warranty

If the product you receive has hidden defects or breaks down during use for reasons beyond your control, you may exercise your warranty rights. The products are subject to a manufacturer's, importer's or seller's warranty, valid in Poland. The detailed warranty conditions are set out in the warranty document that you will receive with the goods.
In order for your complaint to be considered, include the warranty document - the receipt with the returned product and fill out the following return form


Product return - guaranteed 14 days per return

According to the Act of 2 March 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and on the liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", you have the right to return the product without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
You can exercise this right if you meet the following conditions:

  • the product has not been used, copied or damaged in any way,
  • you return the product with the warranty document - the receipt and the completed return form.

In case you return a product that does not meet the above requirements, we will have to return it to you at your expense.

In case of withdrawal from the agreement, you will receive the price paid for the purchase of the goods together with the shipping costs.

Safe delivery

Our offer comprises safe delivery of goods.

If the goods you receive have broken packaging, are incomplete or were damaged by the carrier, fill in the complaint form (damage report) in the presence of the courier. The damage report should include: the date, time of delivery and description of damage or noticed missing goods, including the brand and model.

If the parcel has an unbroken outer packaging, you can check the contents in the presence of the courier. If the unpacked product is damaged, a damage report must also be drawn up. In such a situation, please also write us.

Complaints concerning damaged products can be reported within 7 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. The written report should be sent to the address of our store together with proof of purchase. Replacing the product with a new one is only possible if the above conditions are met. New goods are shipped only after our store has received the product which is the subject of the complaint.
