Complaint

If the product you receive has hidden defects or breaks down during use for reasons beyond your control, you can exercise the right to make a complaint or guarantee, if it is granted and confirmed by a guarantee document.

We will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt, and the complaint must contain a specified claim. (repair of the purchased product, replacement with a new one, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract).

The product being complained about must be clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the complaint.

Return

You can return the product without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

You can exercise this right if you meet the following conditions:

the product has not been used, copied or damaged in any way,

the returned product is accompanied by a receipt and a completed form delivered with the shipment.

If you return a product that does not meet the above requirements, we will be forced to return it at your expense.

In the event of a partial return of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the event of a complete withdrawal from the contract, you will receive the price paid for the purchase of the goods together with the shipping costs.

We do not refund the costs of return shipments.

We will refund the money for the order within 14 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the return.

Safe delivery

We also offer you the possibility of safe delivery of the goods.

If the goods you receive have damaged packaging, are incomplete or damaged by the carrier, fill out the complaint form (damage report) in the presence of the courier. The damage report should include: date, time of delivery and description of damage or noticed deficiencies in the goods, including its brand and model.

If the parcel has intact outer packaging, you can check its contents in the presence of the courier. If after unpacking it turns out that the product is damaged, you should also write a damage report. At the same time, in such a situation, write to us: info@flawless.eu

Complaints about a damaged product (apparent defect) can be reported within 7 calendar days from the moment of receiving the parcel. The written report should be sent to our store’s address together with the proof of purchase. The exchange of goods for new ones is possible only if the above conditions are met. The new goods are sent only after our store receives the product that is the subject of the complaint.
